If you require a refund of payment please complete the fields below and this request will automatically be sent to our Accounts Manager.  You will be contacted shortly with regards to reimbursement.  Please note that terms and conditions apply to each different form of advertising:

Publication subscriptions:
If on receipt of your first edition or any special report that you have purchased you are not completely satisfied please notify us within 10 days.  The membership will then be cancelled and a full refund given.

Display and Classified advertising:
Refunds are not applicable with display advertising as payment is only requested after the magazine has been published and when the advertiser is satisfied with the final result.

On-line advertising
As with the display and classified advertising above, the client agrees on the presentation of advertising before invoicing, therefore no refunds are applicable.
